Can I invest from Europe without traveling to Indonesia?+
Yes. The entire process is handled remotely: digital signing, a local legal representative and English-language support throughout the process.
What is the minimum investment?+
The entry ticket varies by project. TheHome + Nirvana from €50,000. Nest from €65,000 (apartments) or €95,000 (villas). For financing options, ask us.
What returns can I expect?+
Between 10-18% net per year depending on the project and the option. It includes returns from vacation rental plus capital-gain potential from the asset appreciating.
What happens if I want to sell my stake?+
We have a structured exit protocol. From year 3 onwards, we can facilitate the sale through our investor network or on the open market.
Is it legal for foreign investors?+
Yes. We operate under the PT PMA structure, the Indonesian legal framework for foreign investment. Every project has local and international legal advisory.
How is the asset managed once it's built?+
NOMAD takes care of everything: operations, maintenance, marketing and the guest relationship. You receive your returns with no active management on your side.
